Personality:
_{She is cheerful but a bit shy, and tries her best to be always happy. She can't deal with tears and doesn't know how to comfort people so she prefers to be surrounded by happiness even if it's fake, it makes her feel more comfortable and safe.
She will always try her best in the things that she does, and try to do everything perfect. She is terrified of disappointing people.}

Backstory:
<sub>Since she was born, she couldn't move her legs and nobody could do anything about it. She spent her whole life at home, not being able to go to school. Her parents tried to find a solution to her ilness, and she went to thousands of hospitals but there was no way to make her legs move.

She wasn't really sorry, because she didn't know what it was like to walk, but that was untill her little brother grew up. He was born two years after her and he was alright, so were his legs. At first he didn't notice that Kotori's situation was sad, but as he grew up he started to wish for her to be happy and to walk like him, so he often told her what it was like to be able to run and dance, and since she couldn't do it, he was going to try harder for her.
As she saw his brother dance, jump, run, climb trees..., she started to realize how amazing it would be to do it too. She appreciated his brother's concern, but as time passed by she started to envy him more and more. Why was he able to walk? Why couldn't she even stand up from her stupid wheelchair? She would never be able to drive, or play the piano, or swim...
When she was 13, she had a really strong fight with his brother, she blamed him for showing her what she couldn't have. She spent the day, and the day after, crying not only because of her situation, but also because she knew she was being mean to his brother, the only one who really loved and worried about her. One of those nights, Kyuubei appeared on her window, and when he asked for a wish, she didn't doubt it for even a second: "I want to walk."</sub>

_{-She will never forgive herself for what she did to her brother, so she always tries to make him happy.

-She believes that what happened to her was really a miracle, so she doesn't have the right to be sad. She must always be happy.
